The business is situated in Tolo village, only 11km away from Nafplio and 2 hours away from Athens. Tolo is considered to be the most touristic area of Peloponissos. Reservations are coming up to 100% during summer months. The appartments are found in the village center, in a distance of 150 m from sea and 5 minutes from the commercial center. The business owns a 3rd Category licence to work approved by the GREEK ORGANIZATION OF TOURISM (EOT) The building is consisted by 10 appartments of 40m2 each (having 4 beds) and 2 appartments of 25 m2 (each one having 2 beds). All appartments are fully equipped (tv, air condition, safe, kitchen) according to EOT standards. There are two yards, one of them is at the front part of the building (100m2) and the other at the back side (250m2). The building is consisted by ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor (127m2 each). The building has central heating and can be runned during the whole year. There is also a free underground space of 127m2 which can be used as restaurant, for breakfast or as a bar. The land is 700m2 and fully opened area (main road and one smaller road under construction). In the land there is also a traditional stone made mansion of 80m2 which can be used either as appartment of as reception. According to the Greek building standards there is also the possibility for a new similar building of 250m2 to be built at the place of the existing mansion. This business has being running with great success since 1993 from big tourist offices of abroad such as TUI, Thomson, etc. with 6 months contract. The hotel worked for the first time in 1993 and the stone made mansion was constructed in 1960.
