The property is near the Porto Hydra Village Resort http://www.portohydra.gr/ i.e. about 400 meters from its north boundary and about 600 meters from the seashore (see attached area plan). The resort has a marina, a luxurious hotel complex with all facilities (swimming pools, sport facilities etc) and a bungalow village with private yacht docking facilities. It has a magnificent unobscured view on the island of Hydra and is covered (80%) with olive trees. It is 180 klm from Athens and 15 klm from the port of Ermioni, which has regular maritime connections to the port of Piraeus via express hydrofoils and ferryboats.
